About Your Onboarding Experience

Our agent onboarding portal is the first step in what we hope will be a long and prosperous journey together.

We need your standard information, but you’ll notice we ask some personal questions about you, your time, and some of your outcomes as a licensed agent.

One of the pinnacles of our program is you being a local, qualified advocate to get the consumer on the best plan for their wants, needs, and availability.

In between the time we ‘set’ your meeting and you ‘sit’ at that meeting, we go to work trying to build rapport, trust, and authority between you and the consumer. We do this with dynamic messaging that is unique to you and this particular consumer. The first part of this is introducing you, the expert advocate.

Being from the community, it’s helpful to let your new potential customer into your world a little bit. How long you’ve been an agent, how many people you’ve served, the make and color of your car, as well as any personal information about your family you wish to share, all work towards accomplishing the goal of creating familiarity.

We then reinforce the importance of the meeting and having their own local advocate that can help them solve problems in the future. This makes for good, sticky business for you.
